Gorgonio Carrasco pled guilty to two counts of unlawful delivery of controlled substances, heroin and cocaine, in violation of I.C. Â§ 37-2732(a)(1)(A). The court found Carrasco guilty, and, following a sentencing hearing, ordered that Carrasco be committed to the custody of the Board of Correction for two concurrent indeterminate terms not to exceed thirty years. Carrasco then moved to withdraw his plea. The court denied the motion. Thereafter, a motion to reduce the sentence was also denied. The court entered an amended judgment of conviction. Carrasco appeals from that judgment and the denial of his postconviction motions. We affirm.
