LANSING, J. In this case we are asked to reverse a district court's order affirming a magistrate's denial of the motions of defendants
Heather Clark and Kimberly Schierman to suppress evidence of controlled substances and drug paraphernalia which they contend
were found through an illegal search. The magistrate determined that no illegal search occurred. The magistrate's order denying
suppression was affirmed by the district court. For the reasons that follow, we affirm.
