On November 18, 1975, appellant Ditmars entered a plea of guilty to first degree burglary. The district court adJudged the defendant guilty and committed him to the custody of the Idaho State Board of Corrections for a period not to exceed five years. The trial court sentenced the defendant, retaining jurisdiction over him for a period of 120 days pursuant to I.C. Â§ 19-2601(4). The defendant was credited with 25 days by reason of his incarceration in the Blaine County jail.
