When Hector O'Campo stepped off an airplane at the Boise airport, the police were waiting for him. They seized from his jacket a bottle containing phencyclidine (PCP), and took him into custody. O'Campo was convicted of possession of a controlled substance, with intent to deliver, a felony under I.C. § 37-2732. In this appeal he raises three principal issues: (1) Did a search warrant held by police at the airport authorize seizure of the bottle and its contents? (2) Was the PCP sufficiently identified at the airport to justify seizing it? (3) Did the state prove intent to deliver the controlled substance? We affirm the judgment of conviction. I
