Defendant-appellant Jack Harold Kraft was charged by information with the commission of the felony of rape,[Footnote 1] which was alleged to have occurred on July 15, 1973 in Twin Falls County, Idaho. A jury found appellant guilty as charged upon which a judgment of conviction was entered. It is from that judgment that this appeal has been brought. We affirm.
