SWANSTROM, J. Gregory Sorbel entered a conditional plea of guilty to possessing cocaine with intent to deliver, but expressly reserved
his right to challenge the district court's refusal to suppress evidence. The issues raised on appeal relate to the issuance
and execution of a search warrant. Sorbel argues: (1) that the search warrant was issued without probable cause; (2) that
the issuing magistrate was misled by the police; and (3) that the officers executing the warrant failed to comply with I.C.
§ 19-4409, the knock-and-announce statute. For reasons explained below, we affirm.
